Q: What do you do with the dog waste?
A: For no additional charge we take the waste with us when we are done cleaning and dispose of it for you.
Q: Do we have to be home while you clean the yard?
A: No; however it is a good idea if you can be there for the first service so we can be introduced to your animals.
Q: Do I need to leave my gate unlocked?
A: We will need access to your yard on our scheduled days. We can either provide you with a lock that we have a key to or you can provide us with an extra key to your existing lock. It would be your decision to leave the gate unlocked if you so desired.
Q. Will you work while our dog is in the yard?
A: We love animals and will work with your dog in the yard. However, if you know that your dog does not like strangers in the yard we would appreciate it if you could be available to meet with us until we are no longer a threat to them.
Q: How do we pay for the service?
A: We accept cash or check payment. We do accept cash in person. We do send a bill at the end of each month in which you can return a check for payment. We also accept card payments on our website. Returns are not allowed on credit cards. If a refund is desired it will be issued as a check. Advanced payment is also accepted and Gift Certificates are available.

A: There are no contracts to sign. You can begin and end service at anytime.
